YOUNGSVILLE, La. (KLFY)— The final flood-related debris pick-up date in Youngsville has been set, according to a news release.
Mayor Ken Ritter said a final flood-related debris pick-up within the city limits of Youngsville will be September 15.
The mayor asked residents to have all of your debris put at the roadside by this date. He added they officials are asking residents to remove any debris from ditches and culverts that would obstruct the flow of water.
According to a news release, no debris can be placed in garbage bags unless they are clear bags.
Contractors hired to do repairs to home are responsible for removing the construction debris, according to the mayor.
