BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) – The LSU Student Government hosted the Forever Baton Rouge vigil Wednesday afternoon in remembrance of the officers affected by Sunday’s ambush shooting.

The event was also meant to unite the LSU community after the tragic events in the city in the past couple weeks.

Rev. Raymond A. Jetson, the pastor of Star Hill Baptist Church, was the keynote speaker.
