(The Advertiser) Some unsuspecting visitors to Louisiana State University’s campus learned why you shouldn’t turn your back on a tiger.

A video posted Sunday shows Mike the Tiger, or Mike VII, stalking a group of visitors from his enclosure, according to a report from WRBZ.

Mike is seen skulking closer through the water, while two visitors stand with their backs to the enclosure — right up until the surprise attack.

“I learned why u don’t turn your back on a tiger,” Kevin Felder, who posted the video, wrote.

As of Tuesday morning, the video has garnered more than 2 million views and 49,000 shares.
