MONTGOMERY, AL (WBRC) – The Alabama Department of Corrections has confirmed that Jimmy Lee Hill escaped custody on December 22, 2018.

Jimmy Lee Hill escaped from the Red Eagle Work Center at 6 p.m. The facility is located in Montgomery Alabama.

Jimmy Lee Hill was convicted of murder in 1993. The crime was committed in Jefferson County, Alabama.
