You might think twice about your favorite lunch spot after viewing a new scorecard that rates America’s top restaurants on their antibiotic policies.

Research for the new report, called “Chain Reaction,” and its scorecard was compiled by Friends of the Earth, National Resources Defense Council, Consumers Union, Food Animal Concerns Trust, Keep Antibiotics Working and Center for Food Safety.

All but five of the 25 largest fast food and fast casual restaurants received a failing grade.

Only two — Panera and Chipotle — earned an A rating.

Chick-fil-A received the only B rating.

Dunkin’ Donuts and McDonald’s received a C rating.

The rest received an F rating:

– Dairy Queen

– Denny’s

– Domino’s Pizza

– IHOP Restaurant

– Jack in the Box

– Kentucky Fried Chicken

– Little Caesars

– Olive Garden

– Outback Steakhouse

– Papa Johns

– Pizza Hut

– Sonic Drive-In

– Starbucks

– Subway

– Taco Bell

– Wendy’s
