Ahead of Super Bowl LIII, Falcons owner Arthur Blank joined NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell, Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp, Atlanta Mayor Keisha Lance Bottoms and other state officials in opening the trading day on the New York Stock Exchange.  

According to the City of Atlanta Government page, Mayor Bottoms joined a delegation of more than 100 Atlanta-based CEOs and leaders, and the Super Bowl LIII Host Committee at the New York Stock Exchange Tuesday to ring the opening bell in celebration of Atlanta as the host city for Super Bowl LIII.

The bell signals the official kick off to the countdown of the big game, which takes place Sunday, Feb. 3 at Mercedes-Benz Stadium.
