As Hurricane Olivia approaches the islands, optimistic tourists continue to fly into Honolulu for their vacations.
KHON2 spoke to a family from Los Angeles who flew in Monday with their 8-month-old identical twins.
The Jantzen family said they didn’t know Hurricane Olivia existed but since they’re staying with family, they’re not too worried about it.
Their flight from Los Angeles along with another from Sacramento that flew in Monday morning to Honolulu were both full.
KHON2 has seen a few honeymooners and even some people flying in for business.
