Police rushed to the Denver Coliseum on Saturday afternoon on reports of multiple shootings and a stabbing, reports CBS Denver. Authorities confirmed at least one death and several injuries.

The Denver Police Department tweeted about the incident.

The shooting happened about 1 p.m. at the Coliseum. It is unclear how many people remain wounded.

The injured were rushed to Denver Heath Medical Center where multiple police officers were standing on patrol outside the emergency room entrance. Denver Health tweeted that there were nine people being taken to area hospitals. According to the National Western Complex website, the Colorado Motorcycle Expo is on the event schedule through 7 p.m. Sunday.
