This report contains daily arrest records from various agencies in Acadiana.
The Franklin Police Department responded to 18 complaints over the past weekend and made the following arrests:
1/31/15 @ 1:49 AM, Cierra Smith, 25, of BDC Ln., Franklin, LA, was arrested on a warrant for the 15th Judicial District Court for Failure to Appear on the charge of Special Fixing/Hold, No Seat Belt, and Switched License Plate. Smith was processed and released on a $250.00 cash bond.
1/31/15 @ 9:30 PM, Javontrae Levine, 21, of Muggah St., Patterson, LA, was arrested on a warrant for Third Ward City Court for Failure to Appear on the charge of Careless Operation with an Accident (2 cts.) and Hit and Run (2 cts.). Levine was also arrested on warrants for the Patterson Police Department for Armed Robbery, Simple Battery, Criminal Damage to Property, and Simple Battery. Levine was additional charged with Resisting an Officer. Levine was processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
The following two (2) arrests stem from officers responding to the area of Ibert St. on complaint of a disturbance.
2/1/15 @ 8:18 PM, Ashley Darby, 26, of Ibert St., Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace. Darby was processed and released on a $250.00 bond.
2/1/15 @ 8:18 PM, Michael Thomas, 29, of Anderson St., Franklin, LA, was arrested and charged with Disturbing the Peace. Thomas was processed and released on a $357.50 cash bond.
2/2/15 @ 7:03 AM, Erick Baker, 29, O’Neal Chube, Franklin, LA, was arrested on a warrant, dated January 10, 2015, for the charge of Domestic Abuse Battery. Baker was processed and held with no bond set at the time of press release.
