Accused ‘Gremlin Gang’ member Derren Carter has turned himself in Monday night.

The activist Rev. Raymond Brown says that the words by Capt. Higgins made it hard for Carter to turn himself in.

According to Rev. Brown, Carter was challenged by Capt. Higgins in a fight by name on a youtube video which went viral.

Rev. Brown added there is no evidence that the gang exist in Abbeville and that Carter turned himself in because Capt. Higgins resigned from office and had nothing to do with last weeks surrender of accused ‘Gremlin Gang’ member Cody Guidry.
