The No. 10 Louisiana Ragin’ Cajuns softball team is scheduled to begin play in the 2015 Sun Belt Conference Tournament on Thursday, May 7 at 2 p.m., at Bobcat Softball Stadium in San Marcos, Texas, the league announced Sunday evening in the official release of the tournament bracket and schedule.

The tournament opens Wednesday, May 6 and continues through Saturday, May 9 at Bobcat Softball Stadium on the campus of Texas State University.

All games on Wednesday and Thursday will be streamed live on SunBeltSports.org. Friday’s three games and the 1 p.m., championship game on Saturday will be televised live on ESPN3.

Louisiana (37-8, 20-3 Sun Belt) earned a bye on the opening day and the opponent for Thursday’s 2 p.m., contest will be determined by results on Wednesday.

The 10^th-ranked Ragin’ Cajuns, who picked up the program’s 13^th regular season SBC championship in the league’s 15-year history with a sweep of ULM this weekend, seek to win the conference tournament for the second consecutive season and 13^th time in the 16-year history of the event
