State Police Troop D is currently investigating a one vehicle crash involving an overturned 18 wheeler on LA 27 south of Interstate 10 in Sulphur, LA.  The overturned vehicle is carrying Ethanol and has a small leak of product. As a precaution six (6) homes have been evacuated at this time. The Sulphur Fire Department, Carlyss Fire Department and Hazardous Material Troopers are on scene. LA 27 south of Interstate 10 to LA 108 will be closed for the next several hours.
