Lafayette Crime Stoppers needs your help in identifying the driver of a fatal Hit & Run involving a pedestrian. The Hit & Run occurred within the City limits of Lafayette, now Crime Stoppers needs your help in identifying the suspect.
On September 4, 2016, at approximately 5:00 A.M., Lafayette Police responded to an unresponsive male in the 200 Block of Guidry Street. The 32 year old male victim was located in the roadway and appeared to have been struck by a vehicle. The victim suffered severe injuries and succumbed to those injuries at the scene. The Lafayette Police Department’s Traffic Division is currently investigating the incident as a Hit and Run.
