Another Crowley man has been arrested for using counterfeit money

Police arrested 35-year-old Harold Savoy Jr. after he passed several counterfeit twenty dollar bills at a Crowley business.

He has been charged with monetary instrument abuse, and several other unrelated charges.

“We are still working to identify the source and will continue to investigate these crimes,” Chief K.P. Gibson stated.
