Cycle Zydeco is in its 15th year and continues to draw people from near and far to Acadiana to enjoy the delicious food, zydeco music, and let’s not forget the southern hospitality.

Cycle Zydeco started off with 200 riders in its first year and continues to grow in size each and every year.

This year 400 cyclists will take to the roadways on this 4-day, 200-mile bike tour as they get an authentic Louisiana experience.

The cyclists kicked things off Wednesday night with a party at Acadiana Center for the Arts.

Thursday morning, they start the first leg of the tour heading out from Lafayette to St. Martinville before going on to Breaux Bridge. Friday morning, they make a stop in St. Landry Parish in the town of Arnaudville. Saturday, they continue cycling into Evangeline Parish to the town of Mamou, then Eunice. Sunday, they take on the final leg of the tour which takes them to Acadia Parish before ending in Scott for the Boudin Festival.
