On Friday, Lafayette Parish District Court Judge issued a felony warrant for the arrest of Ocean Jasmine Manning (24) of Idabel, Oklahoma.

Manning is believed to be responsible for disobeying Oklahoma Judge Jana Wallace’s court order and fleeing with her children, Honor Burley, age 5, and Hayden Burley, age 4, of Youngsville, Louisiana. Honor and Hayden Burley were reported missing to the Youngsville Police Department on April 7, 2015, and are considered Endangered Missing Children. Honor and Hayden are believed to be traveling with their mother, Ocean Manning, who law enforcement believes poses a danger to the children.

Honor is a white female with blonde hair and green eyes. She is approximately 4’ tall and weighs about 50 pounds. Hayden is a white male with brown hair and brown eyes. He is approximately 3’ tall and weighs about 30 pounds. Honor and Hayden have not been seen since April 4, 2015.

Ocean Manning is wanted for Cruelty to Juveniles, Abuse of Children – False Reporting, and Criminal Mischief.
