The checkpoint will take place between 9:00 p.m. and 3:00 a.m.

Police will target impaired drivers under the influence of alcohol or of any other dangerous substance.

Officers will respond with zero tolerance.

The O.W.I checkpoint will happen within the city limits of Lafayette.
