Special Olympics Louisiana has selected Cindy Landry from the Acadiana Area to attend the 2015 Special Olympics World Summer Games. Overall, 4 athletes, 1 unified partner and 1 coach from the entire state of Louisiana were chosen to attend. The games will be held July 25-August 2, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA. There are nearly 7,000 athletes and 3,000 coaches, 30,000 volunteers and delegates from all over the world expected to attend and compete in the 2015 World Summer Games.
