A convicted Louisiana felon has been added to the FBI’s Wanted fugitive list.

The agency says 47-year-old Joe Matthew Constance was added to the list for his alleged involvement in the June 5, 2011, murder of his estranged wife in Calcasieu Parish.

Authorities say Constance forcefully entered the woman’s home and demanded to know where she was. When he found her, authorities say he allegedly shot and killed her.

Constance is described as a white male, about 6 feet, 2 inches tall and weighing between 190 and 220 pounds. He has a tattoo on his left arm and a mole on his neck.

The FBI began Thursday displaying wanted bulletins on digital billboards along Louisiana roads. It’s offering a reward of up to $20,000 for information leading to Constance’s arrest.
