LAFAYETTE, La. (KLFY)– Witnesses tell KLFY that both sides of the  roadway under the underpass on North University are closed off due to high water.

KLFY has been informed that three cars were stranded in the underpass stranded with water up to their roofs.

Corporal Paul Mouton with the Lafayette Police tells News 10, that there were no reported injuries.
