Officials say that a pedestrian was hit by a float during the Spanish Town Parade Saturday afternoon in Baton Rouge.
The incident happened just after 2 p.m. near Lafayette Street and Laurel Street.
The pedestrian has been transported by EMS to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
