Crime Stoppers of Acadia Parish is seeking the public’s help in solving a crime. The Crowley Police Department is investigating the theft of a motorcycle from the 300 block of S. Ave. N that occurred on June 6, 2015, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. The motorcycle is a 2006 Yamaha YZF-R1, white in color with blue rims, with an R1 sticker and a stretch kit.  Authorities say the suspect was captured on video surveillance and is described as a white male wearing a white t-shirt, dark pants, and slip-on sandals. His face and hands were covered.  Anyone with information regarding this crime is urged to call the tips line at 789-TIPS / 789-8477 and can receive up to a $1,000 cash reward.
