NEW IBERIA, La. – State Police have ruled the “powdery” substance that was found in an envelope at the post office was harmless.
KLFY’s Dalfred Jones is reporting the post office reopened at 11:40 a.m.
The suspicious envelope prompted the Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office to evacuate the post office on Dale Street in New Iberia earlier this morning.
