Today on your lawn and garden we’re talking about the lawn. You might believe that at this time of year that wouldn’t be a problem, but one day it’s 85 and the next its 35 and that can create a problem.

Right now you have all your winter weeds growing and all your seeds from last year that haven’t come up yet. You want to stop that. We have products like Attrazine or Weed Zone that you can spray now and knock out any of your clovers or things like that. If you want to stop seeds that will be coming up in the spring you’ll want to use this. It is Attrazine in a granule, professional strength, it’ll cover about 10,000 square feet. Put this out and it’ll prevent weeds from coming in the spring. Makes it a lot easier.

Any time after that you can use the spray versions.

Also, this time of the year, we’re having problems with brown patch. It was a great year for brown patch; everybody had it. The fungicide F-Stop is available in a hose-in, or in a granule.
