(The Advertiser/Saints Wire) The New Orleans Saints have announced their four opponents for the 2019 preseason.
New Orleans will host the Minnesota Vikings and Miami Dolphins, and travel from coast to coast to face the Los Angeles Chargers and New York Jets. This is the third consecutive year in which the Saints will line up against the Chargers in preseason exhibition.
The Chargers have shared a few days of joint practices with the Saints ahead of their preseason game, and Jeff Duncan of the Times-Picayune suggests that trend will continue in 2019 between Aug. 12-18.
2019 preseason schedule:
Week 1: Saints vs. Vikings
Week 2: Saints at Chargers, 3 p.m. Aug. 18 (CBS).
Week 3: Saints at Jets
Week 4: Saints vs. Dolphins
