Wednesday afternoon the LHSAA executive committee pushed high school football up a week, and voted to allow hitting in practice starting on Thursday.

This new development first reported by the Advocate’s Robin Fambrough.

High School football was scheduled to start on Oct. 8th. Now, the start date for the first game action will begin on October 1st through the 3rd.
