NEW ORLEANS, La. (KLFY) – It will be a busy day at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome Friday as the LHSAA Football State Championships will be on the line for two Acadiana area high school teams.
In Division IV, #1 Ascension Episcopal will face #3 Southern Lab for the State Championship with kickoff scheduled for 10:00 a.m.
The Division II title will be determined when #3 St. Thomas Moore plays #5 Parkview Baptist later that afternoon at 5:00 p.m.
Two other Division school championship games will also take place today.
At 1:30 p.m., the Division III title will be crowned to either #1 Riverside Academy or #3 St. Charles.
The final game scheduled at the Superdome will determine the Division I State Championship when #2 Scotlandville takes on #5 Evangel Christian at 8:30 p.m.
