LAWTELL, La. (KLFY) — Officials from the Lawtell water district are asking residents to stop running their taps in order to preserve the system from running out of water.

Residents have been running their taps in an attempt to keep pipes from freezing, but officials from Water Dist. 1 tell News 10 that the town’s water is running dangerously low.
