ST. MARY PARISH, La. (KLFY) – UPDATE, Dec. 14, 12:20 p.m.: Police have identified the 18-year-old who was shot and killed in Baldwin Monday evening as Treamell Robertson, Jr., of Baldwin.

The St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office is investigating his death as a homicide, and ask that anyone with information submit a tip anonymously through the St. Mary Parish Sheriff’s Office website at www.stmaryso.com.

ORIGINAL, Dec. 13: An 18-year-old man was shot to death in St. Mary Parish Monday night, according to police.

Police said the shooting happened just after 5:30 p.m. on Railroad Avenue in Baldwin.

The victim, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police said the investigation is ongoing and no further details are available at this time.
