New Iberia Police say they were called to the area of Tampico Street around 10 p.m. Saturday in reference to shots fired.
Following a preliminary investigation, police say they concluded that the shots were fired during a domestic related incident.
22 year old Devran Berard was taken into custody at the scene for violation of a protective order.
Police have identified and issued warrants for 3 other suspects:
- Andrew Grisiaffi: attempted 2ND degree murder
- Aaron GrisiaffiL 2nd degree battery
- Dayton Gary: principle to attempted 2ND degree murder
