Scott Police Department has issued arrest warrants for 4 individuals following an investigation into a residential burglary on April 14, 2015.

Investigators found that Don Runte, Rowdy Runte, James “Doug” Runte, and Kylie Payne entered a residence and removed a large safe containing a large amount of cash and documents then returned to the Lake Charles area.

After the issuance of the warrants, James “Doug” Runte turned himself in to the Scott Police Department and was booked into Lafayette Parish Correctional Center on June 5, 2015. He later bonded out.

A hold has been placed on Don Runte who is currently incarcerated at the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center on unrelated charges.

Rowdy Runte was arrested on June 12, 2015, by the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Office and was booked into the Calcasieu Parish Correctional Center where he is waiting to be sent back to Lafayette Parish.

Police are still searching for Kylie Payne and believe she is in the Houston, Texas area at this time.
