(St. Martinville, LA)-This afternoon following an investigation into suspected illegal drug activity and theft of utilities at a residence on Antoine Lane in St. Martinville, LA., Narcotics Agents with the St. Martin Parish Sheriff’s Office found five adults at the residence using methamphetamines and synthetic cannabinoids. Agents also found evidence of the theft of utilities at the residence which remains under investigation at this time and further charges will be pending.

The following persons were arrested and charged as follows:

Shannon Graffagnino, 36, St. Martinville: Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Jessica Bonin, 45, St. Martinville: Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Vickie Bourque, 33, St. Martinville: Possession of Schedule II CDS (Methamphetamine) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Geneva Arnaud, 28, St. Martinville: Possession of Schedule I CDS (Synthetic Cannabinoids) Possession of Drug Paraphernalia

Shane Graffagnino, 39, St. Martinville: Possession of Schedule I CDS (Synthetic Cannabinoids) Possession of Drug ParaphernaliaFollowing their arrests, they were all booked into the St. Martin Parish Correctional Center on the above charges.
