J.D. Power, the world’s most trusted and recognized source for consumer ratings, has announced their 2019 Dealer of Excellence awards, and Giles Subaru and Giles Volvo Cars have both been named a J.D. Power 2019 Dealer of Excellence for the Customer Sales Experience. 

Recognition is based on achievement of high scores from automotive manufacturer, customer research, and completion of an in-dealership best practices verification visit.  Less than 1% of 16,000 plus new car dealerships in America have earned this prestigious honor in 2018.  Giles Subaru and Giles Volvo Cars are the only dealerships in Lafayette to earn this recognition as well as the only Subaru and Volvo dealerships to do so in Louisiana.
