NEW ORLEANS (AP) – The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival has released its much-anticipated cubes – the easy-to-read schedule that contains performance times and stages for the event’s seven days.
Jazz Fest runs April 24-26 and April 30-May 3 at the Fair Grounds Race Course.
The New Orleans Advocate reports (http://bit.ly/1xvoLsb ) the cubes were unveiled Tuesday during the festival’s traditional “month-out” press party.
This year’s top draws include Ed Sheeran, the British pop star who recently scored a No. 2 song with his multiplatinum hit “Thinking Out Loud.” He performs Saturday, May 2, on the Gentilly Stage.
The cross-generational duo of Lady Gaga and Tony Bennett will perform Saturday, April 25, also on the Gentilly Stage and Elton John appears Saturday, May 2, on the Acura Stage.
