The Director of Public Works for the Lafayette Consolidated Government has announced that beginning Tuesday, November 3, 2015 and for approximately a month, the outside northbound lane on Kaliste Saloom Road at Evangeline Thruway will be closed for road intersection improvements.
The road work is expected to last until approximately December 4, 2015 weather permitting.
Motorist are being advised to expect some delays due to the closure.
