One driver was critically injured in a two-vehicle crash on Ambassador Caffery Parkway, near the Acadiana mall last night.

The accident happened at the intersection of Ambassador Caffery and Tucker Drive. Part of the street was closed last night as police investigated the scene.

As of Friday morning, the injured driver is recovering in the hospital.
