Thank you. STATUS REPORT FOR PHASE 1A:
Project is approximately 85% complete. Shoulder material has been placed on most roads where asphalt work has been completed. All soil cement and 95% of drainage work is complete. Due to weather, little progress has been made over past several months. Some dress up work on roads that have been paved is taking place when weather permits and will continue. Roads remaining to be completed with asphalt surfacing include Hidden Hills (approximately 1250 l.f.), Oscar Rivette and Meche roads (which are approximately 50% complete), Don Guilbeau, Begnaud, Chretien Point, Jessie Richard and Osage Trail Roads. Due to weather, contractor has only been able to get 1-3 days of work in most weeks. With good weather conditions, I estimate approximately 3-4 weeks to complete asphalt work, with shoulders and dress up work to follow.

Smooth Ride Home Contract 1B is now approximately 70% complete. Based on present production I’m not anticipating completion until Late July/ Early Early August. Below is a summary of what’s complete.
