The Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of stolen vehicles from the 1900 Block of Lillie Street, Jeanerette. Through their investigation detectives were able to obtain a search warrant for the residence of Allen Toucheck (DOB 01/30/1969) at 1104 Coteau Holmes Road, Iberia Parish.  Detectives were successful in locating the stolen vehicles along with other stolen items and narcotics.  The items recovered were eight stolen chainsaws, firearms, cocaine, methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.

Toucheck was arrested on the following charges:

(2 COUNTS) THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE

(9 COUNTS) POSSESSION OF FIREARM BY A CONVICTED FELON

(1 COUNT) POSSESSION OF STOLEN FIREARM

(1 COUNT) POSSESSION OF A FIREARM IN THE PRESENCE OF A CONTROLLED DANGEROUS SUBSTANCE

(1 COUNT) POSSESION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA

(1 COUNT)POSSESSION WITH INTENT TO DISTRIBUTE SCH II NARCOTICS

(1 COUNT) POSSESSION OF SCH II NARCOTICS

(1 COUNT) POSS OF SCH IV NARCOTICS

(1 COUNT) SECOND SUBSEQUENT OFFENDER

(1 COUNT) THEFT OVER $1500

(1 COUNT) POSSESSION OF STOLEN PROPERTY OVER $1500

(1 COUNT) POSSESSION OF SHOTGUN WITH SAWED OFF BARREL UNDER 18”

Toucheck was then booked into the Iberia Parish on the above charges.
