NEW ORLEANS (AP) – New Orleans police say a 55-year-old woman is accused of pouring bleach onto two teenagers, and her 27-year-old son is accused of throwing one to the ground, breaking her arm.

Officer Frank Robertson says Deanna Rudison was booked Monday with aggravated battery against the 18- and 15-year-old girls, and police are looking for Jonathan Rudison. Neither could be immediately reached for comment.

Robertson says the 18-year-old told investigators Rudison accused her of line-jumping in a convenience store about 7:40 a.m. Monday. He says she was talking to the 15-year-old in the parking lot when Rudison allegedly walked up with two open bottles of bleach, and poured it into their faces.

The teenager told investigators that, seconds later, a man walked up, said he was Rudison’s son, and knocked her down.
