Rain still looks likely over the next few days, and we may see the rain last into the first half of the weekend.
Heavy rain will be likely at times, and it looks as though we will see about 3 to 6 inches of rain across Acadiana with the higher totals across the western parts of the area.
A few areas may see over 6 inches of rain. Eastern parts of Texas and the extreme western parts of Louisiana may see 8 to 12 inches of rain.
Also, we may see some severe weather tomorrow and Thursday, so we will be watching that closely as well.
